Terms & Conditions
To provide everyone a better shopping and selling experience, the following are some rules and guidelines for using our site and services.
General
You must be 18 years and older to use this site or have permission from a legal guardian. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your username.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Fashion Circus users.
You may not use the Fashion Circus service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links that you submit, post and display on Fashion Circus.
You must not modify, adapt or hack Fashion Circus or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Fashion Circus.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Fashion Circus account. You understand and agree that FashionCircus.net is a venue and as such is not responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use our service at your own risk.
Fashion Circus reserves the right to modify or terminate the Fashion Circus service for any reason, without notice at any time.
Fashion Circus also reserve the right to alter these Terms & Condition at any time. Fashion Circus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Fashion Circus may, but has no obligation to, remove content ("content" includes, for example, items, item descriptions, and information submitted in the forums) and accounts containing content that Fashion Circus determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property, the Terms & Conditon, and the Privacy Policy of Fashion Circus, or other policy documents and community guidelines as posted on Fashion Circus.
Our service makes it possible to post images hosted on Fashion Circus to outside websites. This use is accepted. However, pages on other websites which display images hosted on Fashion Circus must provide a link back to Fashion Circus from each photo to its photo page on Fashion Circus.
Your account will be terminated, without prior notice, if your account is used for hosting graphic elements of web page designs, icons, smilies, buddy icons, forum avatars, badges and other non-photographic elements on external websites.
By uploading images and item description content to Fashion Circus, you agree to allow other Fashion Circus users to view them and you agree to allow Fashion Circus to display the images and content on Fashion Circus (for example, in your shop, on Fashion Circus's Homepage and in Treasuries) and store the images, item description, profile and other content.
Because Fashion Circus is a venue, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Fashion Circus (and Fashion Circus's officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Fashion Circus does not control the information provided by other users that is made available through our system. You may find other users' information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using Fashion Circus.
Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense. Additionally, there may also be risks dealing with international trade and foreign nationals. By using Fashion Circus, you agree to accept such risks and that Fashion Circus (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) is not responsible for any and all acts or omissions of users on FashionCircus.net.
Account
Don't hold a username hostage if you don't intend to use it.
Don't create an alternate account to harass members or engage in any abusive behavior.
Don't use an alternate account to purchase items from yourself to artificially inflate your sales and feedback stats. Don't spam other members by sending unsolicited messages.
Buying
Fashion Circus's role is to connect the buyer and the seller; we are a venue, not a retailer. This means when you place an order on FashionCircus.net, you are buying directly from an individual seller (facilitated by Fashion Circus).
Be aware that each seller may determine individual policies regarding returns and shipping which will be posted in the shop's item listings, shop announcement and/or public profile.
Selling
Don't sell anything unrelated to fashion. Don't sell illegal items(counterfeit & stolen items).
Don't sell pornography.
Don't create listings which are solely advertisements or promotions (no item for sale).
Don't put images in an item listing that are from other items you have for sale. Don't sell services which do not provide a tangible, physical artifact.
Don't create listings that solicit donations for a charity but do not provide a tangible, physical artifact to the buyer.
Don't list an item that you do not intend to, or cannot, sell. Don't post links or URLs anywhere in your shop to another web site for the purpose of encouraging buyers to purchase your items off Fashion Circus; this is considered fee avoidance.
Don't misrepresent your items with false descriptions, prices or photographs.
Don't use photographs or written text in your listings for which you do not own the copyright or have the copyright holder's permission to use.
A seller who fails to fulfill orders, resulting in a low percentage feedback rating, will have their account suspended pending compliance. Extreme cases or repeat offenders will have their account(s) terminated. Not paying your Fashion Circus bill will result in account suspension until your debt is settled. Any seller who violates the Terms & Condition will have their account terminated.
Event
All exhibitors of Fashion Circus Events should comply to our event terms & conditions. Exhibitors can review our event terms & conditions by signing into their FC account.
