How Selling
Works
Sign up - FREE
Sign up is free and easy. Please click on "Sign
up to sell online" button on the right to begin. To prevent against
fraud we require that you keep a valid credit card on file. But there is absolutely no setup fee, monthly fee or listing fee.
Set up your own store - FREE
Every seller on Fashion Circus gets their own store(for free), located at
username.fashioncircus.net. For example, if your username is tresics, your
store is at tresics.fashioncircus.net. You can customize your store by
adding a banner or choosing a theme color.
Unlimited Listing - FREE
Listing items are free of charge. You are free to add as much products or
quantities you want. All listings include up to 5 images. We recommend that
you prepare your photos and description ready before jumping in.
Who can sell on Fashion Circus
Anyone over the age of 18 can be a seller and create a store on Fashion Circus. If you are under 18, you may do so with the permission of (and under the guidance of) a responsible adult. But only brand new fashion related items can be sold in your store. Indie fashion and handmade items are most welcome.
Selling an item
The only payment method we use is
PayPal, as it facilitates instant payment and offers anti-fraud
protection. When an item sells both the buyer and seller are sent emails
with the transaction details in it.
Payment Method
All sellers on FashionCircus.net are required to have a PayPal account as
their only payment method.
PayPal is a free service that lets you accept credit cards online. This
way, shoppers pay instantly and directly to you when buying products from
your store.
Fees
Sign up - FREE. Your own store/sub domain- FREE. Unlimited listing - FREE. Selling -
3.5% sales fee(not including shipping). That means you don't have to
pay a dime if you don't sell anything. This is the only fee you pay, there is absolutely no hidden fees.
Currency conversion
All fees and items on Fashion Circus are listed in US Dollars. Currency
conversion is handled automatically by payment processing service(like
Paypal or our merchant account).
Paying fees
All sales fees are paid using the credit card you put on file when signing
up as a seller. Each month we add up all your fees at the last day and give you a bill. You can choose to pay right away or simply do nothing and
our system will auto-charge you on the 5th day of the following month.
How do I sign up to sell
Step 1: Account registration
Before signing up as a seller, we required you to register for an account. If you already have a buyer(or exhibitor) account, please skip to Step 2. Please remember to validate your e-mail.
Step 2: Seller application
To sign up as a seller, please click on "Sign up to sell online" button on the top right of this page and follow the simple registration. All we need is a valid credit card info on file.
*No Sales Fee until the end of 2007 - This promotion ends at 11:59pm on December 31, 2007. Standard sales fee of 3.5% will be charged on all transaction after 2007 promotion ends. |

My Store Widget
Promoting your store has gotten easier. All sellers on
Fashion Circus are able to create a flash widget that
showcase their top featured products. You can embed it on
any personal site or blog you have. When a visitor click on
your store widget, it will take them directly to your store
on Fashion Circus. |
