This privacy policy covers how Fashion Circus treats
personal information that Fashion Circus collects and
receives.
Fashion Circus collects personal information when you
register with Fashion Circus to use Fashion Circus
services or to post content on Fashion Circus. When you
register we ask for your email address and certain
optional information such as biographical information,
favorite materials and personal interests. If you would
like to obtain a Seller account, we will ask for your
billing address, phone number, and credit card
information. Fashion Circus automatically receives and
records information on our server logs from your
browser, including your IP address, cookie, and the page
you request. Fashion Circus uses information for the
following general purposes: products and services
provision, billing, identification and authentication,
services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous
reporting. IP Addresses IP Addresses are automatically
reported by your browser each time you view a web page.
Your IP address is stored in our user registration
databases when you register with Fashion Circus. IP
addresses may be used for various purposes, including:
to diagnose or service technology problems reported by
our users or engineers that are associated with the IP
addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP;
to estimate the total number of users visiting Fashion
Circus from specific geographical regions; to make sure
that people are not voting for themselves or friends
during contests or promotions.
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often
includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to
your browser from a web site's computers and stored on
your computer's hard drive. You can configure your
browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or
notify you when a cookie is set. If you reject all
cookies, you will not be able to use Fashion Circus

our site. We reserve the right to disclose your

Fashion Circus does not rent, sell, or share personal
information about you with other people or nonaffiliated
companies except to provide products or services you've
requested or when we have your permission. It may be
necessary to share information in order to investigate,
prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities,
suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats
to the physical safety of any person, violations of
Fashion Circus's Terms & Conditions, or as otherwise
required by law. We will transfer information about you
if Fashion Circus is acquired by or merged with another
company. In this event, Fashion Circus will notify you
by email or by putting a prominent notice on the Fashion
Circus web site before information about you is
transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy
policy. As part of the buying and selling process on
Fashion Circus, you will will obtain the email address
and/or shipping address of other Fashion Circus members.
By entering into our User Agreement, you agree that,
with respect to other users' personal information that
you obtain through Fashion Circus or through an Fashion
Circus-related communication or Fashion
Circus-facilitated transaction, Fashion Circus hereby
grants to you a license to use such information only for
Fashion Circus-related communications that are not
unsolicited commercial messages. Fashion Circus and our
users do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting
the foregoing, you are not licensed to add an Fashion
Circus user, even a user who has purchased an item from
you, to your mail list (email or physical mail) without
their express consent.
When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card
number and/or social security number) on our
registration or order forms, we encrypt that information
using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow
generally accepted industry standards to protect the
personal information submitted to us, both during
transmission and once we receive it.
