Registration & Login
How do I get started on Fashion Circus?
You can get started by registering for an account. Please choose your username carefully, you can not change it later. For sellers, username you choose will also be your store name.
Why do I need to register for an account?
To better protect everyone(buyers & sellers) from fraud,
we required both the buyer and the seller to sign up for an account. Our feedback system also relies on being able to identify the parties involved in every transaction. Your username is the unique identifier which makes this possible.
I can't find the confirmation email, where is it?
Check your junk mail folder, it's most likely in there. To prevent this in the future, please add info@fashioncircus.net to your address book or safe list. In extreme cases you might have to turn off SPAM filters. If you need to resend the email, you can do so from the login page.
I can't remember my password, what should I do?
If you cannot remember your password, just click on the "reset password" link on the login page. We will send your password to the e-mail address provided when you register. If you would like to change it, please do so in your admin account(MY FC).
Why can't I login?
You can't login if your account is not active. When you first registered with Fashion Circus, we send you a confirmation email. You must confrim your e-mail before loging into your account. If you need us to resend the email, you can do so on the login page. Also remember that passwords are case sensitive, make sure your caps lock is off when loging in.
Can I change my username?
You are not allowed to change your username, so please choose carefully. If you wish to close your account, please do so in your account(MY FC) under Account Info. For security reasons usernames and emails can't be reused once they are in our system.
Site Abuse
How do I report a violation of Fashion Circus' rules?
To report a violation, please click on the "Report to FC" botton on a member/seller's page. Breaking of Fashion Circus' rules will result in cancellation of your account. Please read and follow our Terms & Conditions closely.
What if I see something that's not fashion related?
At Fashion Circus, sellers are only allowed to sell brand new items that are fashion related. To report a violation, click on the "Report this item to FC" link on the right hand sidebar of every item page.
