Here you'll find answers to questions about shopping on
FashionCircus.net.
How does buying on Fashion Circus work?
FashionCircus.net is made up by many individual sellers.
When you shop on FashionCircus.net, you are buying
directly from these sellers. Your purchased items are
shipped directly from each individual sellers. You are
free to add different items from different sellers to
your shopping cart, we will group them automatically for
you at the check out.
Why am I required to register before being able
to buy anything?
To better protect everyone(buyers & sellers) from fraud,
we required both the buyer and the seller to sign up for
an account. Our feedback system also relies on being
able to identify the parties involved in every
transaction. Your username is the unique identifier
which makes this possible.
What types of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted on
FashionCircus.net. On FashionCircus.net, all sellers
uses PayPal, a credit card processing service, as the
only payment method. PayPal accepts all major credit
cards. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your
credit card.
How does "My
Wish List" work?
Every member on Fashion Circus can create a wish list by
adding items from our shopping network. With our flash
widget function, members can embed thier wish lists on
any site they want or send them to their friends.

How does the feedback system work?
After each transaction, you will be able to leave a
feedback rating of positive or negative and text
comments about the transaction. This feedback system can
work as a guide for you when choosing sellers.
What do I do if I have any problems with an item
I purchase?
If an item you pay for is significantly not as
described, or arrives damaged please contact the seller
directly to work toward a resolution. If your
communication with the seller proves unsuccessful, you
should contact us with your username and the item
number. We will work to resolve the situation. You may
also leave appropriate feedback for the seller who
failed to ship the item or describe it properly.
If you think you are a victim of fraud, please contact
PayPal or your Credit Card company immediately. If you
paid with a credit card or debit card through Paypal,
you should call your credit card company to do a
chargeback. If you paid with Paypal, you have 45 days to
file a claim through Paypal.
